To give invited investors access to confidential information, to respond to enquiries and to keep the website secure. Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running the business and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you. Signing in to the investor centre sets a strictly necessary authentication cookie.

Who processes it

The website, visitor statistics and investor sign-in are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. Data may be processed outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Investor centre access records are kept while access is active and for up to 12 months afterwards. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
